Would anyone please explain this new game addition. My alliance warehouse tiles show resources etc. Ie Oil 6.9mil/6.9mil. But I cannot click it use any of the tiles, please explain how these are supposed to work. Thanks

Hello, The resources available in alliance warehouse can be used only for alliance research. If progress bar of any research is filled up... You will see, how much resources is required to start that research. Hope you understood. Thank you.
