We've had several weeks in a row of glitches where marches get stuck in bases during kill events which benefits the other front. Support has claimed this isnt an issue and hasn't resolved it or made it right. Why are they not available during kill events and why aren't the "bugs" fixed? Then they send a generic response that shows they haven't even read your concern.
