When will we have new updates with exciting features?

We need better avatars, PM, emoji, and player's profile please!

The new update has caused iPhone users major problems. Can't login most of the time. Have to reinstall. This needs fixed asap. Even civil takes multiple times to load, even on android. Think they need new IT staff. This is getting to the point of deleting both and go back to Mobile Strike. They may be more costly but at least I only had to worry about getting zeroed if I screwed up. Smh

Same here, I reported the issue to their joke of support...shield dropped and I have been zeroed. No response from developer...shabby

Hi after updates still cant open game

I can now...it would not update so I have dropped shield whilst I could not get in and bit hit multiple times, lost all troops and millions of rss...no issues with the players that hit me...but I should have been able to log in, and tried for several hours last night

Same happened with me. Have an iPhone and app would not update automatically. Had to reinstall and it is starting me from lvl1 again. 3 months progress lost. No doubt I have been zeroed whilst this has been going on. A weeks worth of gathering gone. If they can’t restore my progress then I won’t be playing the game again.

They just issued an update for iPhone and login works correctly now. When you reinstall tap 3 times and logout. Then login with your info and it never gets lost. Tap 3 times, close the daily rewards then sign out. Login with your info and you're back. Support should be able to help you get your account back. Just explain what happened.

Update from 4 days ago still has problems. Connection issues and ad speed ups haven’t work in almost 2 weeks. They keep closing my tickets and saying a new update is coming today but it doesn’t.

Still the same. Video speed ups still not working and I’m spending more time than I should. This has been going on for two weeks now. Been hearing a fix is coming etc. can we get some progress on this?

And still the same. Same responses from support, we’re putting high priority, testing it now, about to release it soon, etc. Going on almost a month with these same problems on iOS devices.
