Messaging Malfunction : World At War

The messaging system is not working at all. I can't pm with other people because the private messages are not appearing. It says "default message body" and does not include anything I wrote nore does it include anything that my contact wrote either. This issue must be repaired immediately because this is a huge restriction on the game. I cannot talk with people in pm until it is repaired. I hope that the developers are aware of this and van repair it soon.

This seems like the issue we had prior to the last update. Did you already checked the App Store for updates?

Yes and there is not a new update available. This issue has continued with most of my messages.

I have problems with the latest update of your game and the only way (I discovered) to fix it is that I have to restart the mobile device. But, when I stop playing it for a few hours ... the game comes back and locks up:

* If I enter the Alliance, Spanish and Front chats, and drag from top to bottom, the screen goes black (except when I write)

* If I go to the map (front) it does not let me move in all directions and the screen becomes completely clear (except for the upper and lower icons).

* At the beginning, when I'm on base ... it also does not let me move and erratically only shows me the construction in progress.

I tried to contact them, but they would not let me enter their support via mobile ... until they answered me in the Google Play Store.
