Has anyone else bought packs and not had them show up

I have seen a few post about this. Most of the time people complain of not receiving the gold shown in the pack. And usually is because they forget to claim it from the items menu or they bought a subscription pack and those packs do not give the full amount right away, instead the amount is divided and you have to collect it daily. If those two didn’t resolve your issue and you know for a fact you did not get the items in your pack you have to submit a ticket. Get a screenshot of the receipt from the Apple store or google play store to confirm your purchase and attach it to the ticket.
