No nerf in this game. You can build 50m t1 if you want with hospitals and be an instant heal trap.

That sucks

This game has a different dynamic, since there is very little defensive gear. Your buildings truly matter, so pick wisely. Most are clueless on using t1 so very rarely is it encountered.
