No reply to my tickets

Ive sent 2 emails regarding and issue i had with my skill points not going on. I set them to deffence and dropped my shiled in a kill event and i lost really bad i was confused till i went into my city and realised my skill points had come off due to an error. U are usually quick at replying to my emails but ive sent 2 over the past week and had no reply. Can you please look into this error for me. Thanks

No reply either to any of mine in the last week.
No replies to my tickets either. 30 day shields ending after just 2 days. Lost all my troops and spent all my gold. Been playing 18 months, game now ruined.

Had past more than a week without no reply. I will write a bad review at fanpage and google store

Yes they replied with a no good answer
thats crap

i eventually got a reply, but they wouldnt do anything about it, wouldnt return my two 30 day shields, or all the gold i had spent on them, or replace my troops and all resources wasted. They did nothing.


30 day sheild ended after 12 days and loss 208k t3 troops and only packs i ever see are $130 and when i sent a ticket last week still no reply so now playing f all till all sorted out

They wont sort anything out or give you anything back. it has taken me 4 months of continual play (logging in about 20 times a day and im still only half way back to what i was.

Well thats me dont back to mobile strike i go
