Do the 3 Debuffs stack?

Good morning, There are 3 debuff 1. Enemy Health Rebuff 2. Enemy Defense Debuff 3. Enemy Attack Debuff Question 1. Do the debuffs stack? Question 2. Do the debuffs work simultaneously in both offensive and defensive situations? For example, does the Enemy Attack Debuff only work when the enemy is attacking my base? Or does it mean that the Enemy's overall attacking capabilities are reduced regardless if the Enemy is attacking or defending? I have provided a couple of scenarios below. Scenario #1: Defensive - I am trapping and being attacked. Scenario #2: Offensive - I am attacking another base or atomic facility and get rallied at the same time. Thanks for your assistance. MK

I made a post about this in Facebook with screenshots. Check out the tips page for this and more tips for the game. To answer your question, You can only apply one debuff at a time. If you apply enemy health debuff then apply enemy defense debuff then it will replace the enemy health debuff. Once applied you will get the benefit both attacking or defending. While a debuff cannot be used with another debuff you can still combine with a boost. For example, you could combine hit point debuff and attack boost. There is a screenshot in facebook that is color coded with the items you can combine. Check it out and drop a like.
