Where do or how do I use the ticket number ?

There are 3 tabs on this website, home, forum and tickets. Once you have been assigned a ticket number you can go to the tickets tab to check status, add details to your ticket or close you ticket if it was resolved. I’m not sure on what the response times are like now, I haven’t had to submit any tickets for a while. Hope your issue is resolved.
