I just brought a Black Friday pack for 16.99 and now I can't log on.....This needs to be sorted as this is no longer just about the game not working...this is about selling everyone a faulty 'product'.
Please fix this ASAP....and make sure that all the items that I purchased are in my account, as I did not have time to check it and have my doubts that they are not all there.
Also please reply to the message so that I know you are going to someonething.....as my last one went ignored
Couldnt log in but i got an notification that i was getting attacked. Lost all my troops but 10,000. Im not going to spend money on a game that i cant rely on. If it happens again im done with the entire game. I play and spend money on my cok game with no problems.

Go to Google and get money back. Take screenshots. Same thang happened to me. Couldn't log on for over 2 hrs lost all 1.2mIL t4s and t3's. They haven't responded back to me either. I'm going to Google and starting a claim. This game is old to developers they started a new game called war and peace so they don't care about this one and us paying players no more.
