Compensation for front 7

During the gathering event 11/11/2017~13/11/2017, there were several hours where no resource tiles were spawning for front 7. As a result, front 7 unfairly but ultimately lost against front 2 in this event. Furthermore, there were people from front 7 who used gathering boosters(myself included) in hopes of scoring big points...but could not due to this bug. There SHOULD be some form of compensation as well as an apology for all those in front 7 who suffered through the SIGNIFICANT disadvantage apparant during this gathering event. *Disclaimer: as far as I know when I was typing this, only front 7 suffered from the lack of spawning tiles

Dear Commander, 


We apologize for any issues you might have encountered in the weekend during the Gather event. These issues were looked into as soon as players announced us about it and fixed in a matter of moments. 

We know that all the commanders were able to challenge themselves even in times of hardship.


We do not feel like compensation will be needed in this case, since it was a short-term issue. I can assure you that the opposing front did not score that much of a score difference in such little time.

I do not agree. Their were ar least twice no resource tiles in front 7. And it last fir several hours. Please review the front chat as well as my e-mails to support
Now its happening again. The front event just started and once again their are hardly any lvl5 rss tiles in front 7
Today there is this problem again
I'm on front 4. I can't send my troops out to gather. It says I'm at my limit of active marches but that's not true. All my active marches returned. I can't gather anymore at all and other important functions of the game. I sent a msg to support. If I can't gather , I will quit. Fix the game. Also now I can't win any gold in the front event. Was on pace for the gold prize, not anymore!
Once again in front 7 are all the lvl5 rss tiles gone. Plz fix it !!!!!
Well i talked to their shitty customer service. They admitted to issues with marches getting stuck. They crippled my rss gathering during a gathering event. Their shitty customer service wouldnt compensate for the gold i would have got if I wasn't crippled by their broken game's bugs. Don't expect much from the customer service. They sucks balls. Uninstalling this buggy game.
Mě behem 3h spadl 5x ŠTÍT bez důvodně přišel jsem o cca 350M surovin a celou armadu,začátkem měsíce se mi to stalo poprvé - cca 500M surovin,armáda pryč na vyléčení jsem spotřeboval všechny suroviny ze skladu cca 300M surovin a nic se neděje
