There is a complaint about the game. Another time, while some of my shields were still in use, they made me a great commander, causing my shield to wake up and attacking his headquarters. I want this corrected. Otherwise I will have to leave the game

This is a standard feature of the game. The alliance leader becomes the supreme commander and cannot shield. If you leave your alliance open people will go in and make you supreme commander to drop your shield. You have to keep your alliance closed so other players cannot do this to you.
