Hi, My Name is Ashish, I'm playing this game since last 72days, but every 10 to 15 days I face a problem, and the problem is Video can't be played please try after some time, so that i have to wait to complete the Research time or building time, And One thing more I can't double up my daily reward Please brother do something about that Hope you understand

They recently added an explanation to why the videos don't work in game. If you go to more/help and support they state that there are limited number of ads available and when you get the error message it means there are no ads to show. While there might be some truth to this I found that if I restart the game a few times I'm able to watch the video. This shouldn't be the answer but it does work for me. I wouldn't sit there and reset the game a few times for 2 hours speed ups but when the daily bonus is 250 gold you bet I'm going to keep resetting the game until I get the video to double that. Hope this helps you out until the issue is resolved by the developer.
