FB 1000 gold not working

Previously when you connect to FB you get 1000 gold added to your gold. But after yesterday onwards it's not working. I have send a ticket but no one replying it. Even last week send a ticket regarding my troops disappeared when goes to collect RSS. But still the ticket open. No-one even appointed to tge ticket. Where is this so called support...
