Hey, I need to urgently change my login password, please can you advise me how this is done?

Thank you for your inquiry!

Is your account secured with an e-mail address and validated? If so, you can just log off and then use the "Forgot password?" option to reset it.

If your account is NOT secured with an e-mail address and validated:

1. Go to the More Menu > Account > Secure your account with an e-mail address and a password. Once you have done this,

2. Go to your e-mail address and validate the e-mail address.

3. Now that your main account is safe, you can go to More Menu > Account > Log out > Ok

4. Select "Forgot password?" option.
