Hi last night at 4 am Moscow time on front 6 what it looks like 3 players including myself got our marches all with commanders in it and scouts as well frozen in this account Ailynne (RO2) at f6 185 335 - I was attacked several times and lost more than 1m troops and the rest are in hospital. The glitch was going on for more than 4 hours - during that time I could not do anything - I could not teleport or put shields on same for 2 other F12 players who we had fight with. I asked all other players not to attack me. And I was trying to restart, relog etc, I even quit my allience joined several other alliences nothing worked. I even joined the R02 allience wher our marches freeze - I could send reinforcments to the frozen player I could send her resources but I could not get my march back. After the front pass for 2 other frozen players from f6 =LINKOO= and = x P G x = expired and they managed to get back to there front My march was still frozen. So in 7am I went to sleep without any chances of putting on shields or getting teleport or getting my march back. By the look of it my marches got back to my base arond 8 am Moscow time - When I was fast a sleep - and I was totaly destroyed - Now i have nothing left from my 2 million Army or my resources. I would ask you to restore the status quo as of 3-45 am Moscow time - otherwise I would quite the game. This is a second major glitch whitch happend with me - after first one i was restoring for more then 2 month - I was frozen during event and got several rallies which destroy my account. I managed to rebuild - but do not wish to do it again cause this time situation is much worse. My current coordinates is f6 158 462/ Thanks 

I also had a reinforcment from other player from my allience (R_L) of 275 000 T3 tanks - all othem were wiped out as well I believe - Could you please fix that problem as well player name is =pprizrak= f6 159 461 that is kind of all he got)) - you would not want to loose 2 long term players would you)

PS I have been playing your game since November 2016 and love it so far.

well no wonder we lost - I lost 2m troops altogether due to that stupid 5 hour long glitch)))

I have added the Units lost, the resources lost plus the ones needed for repairing the damaged ones.
