Hey, last night the game had a massive glitch during a kill event. The game froze while ky shield was down and I was attacked and zeroed because the game would not allow me to put a shield back on. I have spent good money in that base and used all my pack resources to heal my troops, which I should not have had to do. It's not fair and I believe that I should be entitled to something due to it. I am not uncertain whether to spend again, as I cannot rely on the system.

This seems to happen at the beginning of every kill event to the point that we advice our entire alliance to wait a few hours before participating in the kill event. This should not be the answer, like Christine mentioned most of the players in this forum are the ones that care because we either spend time or money. At minimum I would like an answer from the developers on what is being done to resolve this issue and also I would like to see more players replying to the threads when the issue is resolved so the forum mods can close them out.

If you haven't been glitched or you're still able to log on, I suggest putting up a 3 day shield and not attacking until this is resolved so you don't get zeroed and in case you are unable to shield.

I am more concerned about the fact that the makers themselves have ignored this message...i have sorted my base, but I still wasted a lot of RSS and shields trying to fix it and I asked for them rss. But yet still I have had no reply from them.
