Contacted apple since nobody cares here. Sent screen shots of a bunch of comments. They refunded every purchase back to day 1. and said the following,
"Please visit their site as this is an issue that persists with this particular application, it is advised that you remove the application from your device and discontinue use. Any further purchasing from this application, will be at your own risk."
I'm assuming they will remove all my commander gear and RSS. So I have moved onto a different game. Additionally I am going to change my rating to 2 stars on Apple.

It is kind of sad that money has become a stronger force then Morals. Everyone would have so much more and be so much happier if the majority of people "do the right thing".
Had a good game but just like Mobile strike it seems as if they have become another victim,
