Are you sure you are connecting to the same account?
Please secure your account by going to More > Account > Secure Account > insert the email address you wish to use with the account. You will receive an email for validation on that email address.
Please let me know if you encounter any issue with this procedure or you are still getting kicked out of the Alliance and we will look into it.
