İ change phone and before i disconnect the facebook acount my game. When i set up the game again i dont back up the old data. Anybody help me how i can back up my old data

When I had left the game before I was far above the level I am on now . Your team created a ticket for me , but every time I tried to use it when I gave my password it always said incorrect password which wasn" right . My password is and has always been Warhammer or Warhammer1960 . Which was the name of my FA18 inthe Air Force
