Horrible customer service.

I was one of the accounts affected by the massive game sever crash of 4-17 that lasted over 6 hours. My defenses account was attacked and zeroed Because I was unable to log in. I lost 4.5 million troops. Had to wait a entire week for them to reply to my ticket. Today they finnaly reimbursed my troops. What they did not reimburse was the 100 million resources. And compensation for the entire week of game play i lost. Which would include Gathering resources and getting prizes from events. I have spent a LOT of money on world at war. I will never spend another dime on this glitchy buggy incomplete unfinished broken game with its horrible customer service. Game of war. Mobile strike. Vikings. There are so many similar games out there like world at war. There are all a much better product with excellent customer service. Stop spending money. And quit this game before the next game sever crash or game glitch happens.

Read above. It only took 12 hours for some one from the world at war support team to respond to a topic I created on there forum. Yet it took them a entire week to reply to my ticket and reimburse my account. They obviously value profit above customer service and customer satisfaction. Because of there horrible customer service they will eventually lose one by one all there big money spenders like me. Who will stop spending money on there game. I for one will be spending my gaming dollar on other similar games with better customer service.
My ticket is 26284 I still haven't heard anything regarding my issue for the day of the glitch
