Anyo e else have tickets not being answered.

I've had a ticket in the processing phase for over a day now. As a paying customer it's very annoying to not get any response whatsoever. My ticket number is 26284. Maybe a change of game is in order.

I waited almost 5 days for my ticket to finally be taking care of. It takes them atleast 3-5 days to be able to help you. Because they have so many players putting in tickets. It will get answered jus give them time and they will throw you extra for the wait and inconvience!

What's going on with customers Services? Nobody wants to respond,so what this game just takes our money and not load what we pay for this is a bunch of BS............

I'm still waiting for the items i purchase i think it was one of the 50% sell $23.00 it's been 3 days already so can anyone answer me,i'll gave this game a day or 2 (two),and if not thing happened i want my money back.................

hi I uninstalled my game by mistake a few days ago and I sent a few tickets about this and all they sat it's being processed

My ticket number is 26424. I also sent in several other tickets. Regarding the game sever crashing for 6 hours on Monday 4-17. I lost over 125 million power and 5m troops. I have recived no replay to any of my tickets. Coming up on over 48 hours now. They just keep saying thank you for your patience and that most tickets are responded to within 24 hours . If my account is not fully reimbursed I will definitely be quitting.
