Good luck I've waited over 1.5 months and all they keep doing is closing my ticket and not even sorting the problem out I haven't been able to access my account for nearly two month and bought packs which I cannot even use I am going to sue them if it's not sorted my Monday 20th as I'm fed up which the BS
