So.... I bought the 24k gold pack (+200% Bonus) on the 21-2-17. It's now 24-2-17 and still haven't gotten my pack!. Email'd them not to long after, Aound 2 hours or so. Gave them time just to see if pack would show up!!. But still no response from their account team!!. 3 days is not good enough!!.
Getting beyond a joke!!

You answer nothing customer support pffft nearly 14 days on unresponded ticket I call bs on you guys and will be refunded by my card issuer after taking it up with Google play THEIFS! !!!!
