Bought the 139.99 pack!... Nothing!!

So.... I bought the 24k gold pack (+200% Bonus) on the 21-2-17. It's now 24-2-17 and still haven't gotten my pack!. Email'd them not to long after, Aound 2 hours or so. Gave them time just to see if pack would show up!!. But still no response from their account team!!. 3 days is not good enough!!. Getting beyond a joke!!

The forum is no place to inquiry about the payments. Please contact us and we will get back at you as soon as possible. It is also useful to forward us the receipt you receive on your e-mail address as a separate e-mail, not as a screenshot, so that we don't have to ask for it, thus reducing the time needed to solve your case.

You dont want us to post payment complaints on this forum but you wont respond to emails. How else are we to contact you guys? We actually recieve responses here.

You answer nothing customer support pffft nearly 14 days on unresponded ticket I call bs on you guys and will be refunded by my card issuer after taking it up with Google play THEIFS! !!!!
Yes i agree i got 2-3 packs tonigbt nothing gold stll the same won a prize in last weekends gathering event m never got wow thought this was starting yo b like mobile strike n they rip u offf I SURE AS HELL HOPE NOT CAUSE LOT BETTER GAME HERE
