I bought a game package for $7.99 on 20 Feb and O never received the items. It has been almost 2 days since I put in a ticket and it still says being processed. I have spent money on this game and it upsets me how slow help support is with processing issues. If I do not get my items soon, then I will call my credit card company and cancel all transactions I have done and report fraud. Please give me the items that I paid for. Ticket #20913 Melissa

I bought 2 packs tonight and only recieved the Rescources and part of the gold none of the speedups. Now there subscription packs so idk if i missed something or what.

Shaun with subscription packages you will receive a certain amount of gold and resources each day.

The pack I purchased included 180 1 hour speed ups which I did not receive.

I just bought the 4.99 pack and never received the items

Purchased $4.99 package and didn't receive all items promised

Had purchased the "Blitz your way to lvl21" pack that says it comes with lifetime benefit.... It does NOT come with lifetime beneifit and im still not lvl 21...the items were provided but the benefits were not..have spent $100's on this game so i hope they can fiz this issue.

Game doesn't seem to be working properly for me. When I click on anything nothing happens. 

I also bought a small pack and did not receive the items advertized, especially speedups. I hope this is addressed soon. Really frustrating.
