Tickets

Sent a few reports of speed ups going missing not getting gold for completing comps and my video speed up not working and haven't herd nothing... when click on tickets after I managed to sign in it says no tickets to see.... what a fucking joke quick enough to take money but not so quick to respond to help!

No just confirmation email saying you have received it.
I have been waiting for 6 days for someone to help me get my account back sent in multiple tickets with all info proving it is my account including screen shots but yet I'm ignored. Seeing as how I've spent real money on this game I'm going to see bout suing this company. Our money is gladly taken but no one will help fix a damn thing an sorry I use to be a game operator it don't take this long. If your short staffed let me know I'd gladly show you all his to run a top notch support system

Each ticket gets a number assigned to them. When you go to your tickets screen check to see if they were moved to closed. If there aren't any, try to resubmit and make sure that it goes to pending and that it has a number assigned. Not being able to log in to your account should be a big deal, especially if you are a paying player.

Same Here, 3 Fuckin tickets and no answer. So quick to take money but no help. This game will get a class action law suit quickly.
Well you support people keep telling me I need this or that to prove my account is mine. I have given you all I have yet now you say I need receipts from purchases. That would be all good but I told you I lost my email and google play account and had to start new one so what is I am suppose to do. I am contacting an attorney and will file a suit over the money I have invested and from the sounds of it this will be a class action suit cause many of your players are tired of being treated this way. Your support accounts in game are making farms an playing the game which is a no no for support. Your messing with the event boards and top 100 players are filled with tour accounts which explains why real players never get the bonuses or rewards. I hope you reading this let's you know we players are fed up.

I have two Tickets wherebis the same. Only one friendly message. Standart only and now two weeks nothing. The support is bullshit!
I see there are quite a number of really pissed off people about this game. I am going to have to invent cash a game that just takes in cash, doesn't work and not worry about fixing anything. The perfect scam to make money! This is bull, If t
sent 3 tickets and no one has replies me over days now, you wonder why there is a support if they can't even reply to a simple ticket. when you spend RL money on a game you should get quality service.
OK all I got was give us screen shots yada...they don't give a shit. So get me in on that suit! I do NOT like "the run around and find your ass" attitude from these people.
I opened a ticket on 17 February for lost account had one information email asking for info when I provided it I'm still waiting 14 days later this company is a total joke for support so I will also be taking further action where my money loss is concerned
Wow its all i can say. But u ppl know u can contact them through the fb page to this game they reply back faster and better if u ask me..sorry that most have lost money that's why i wont play this with it..just play it and have fun doing the events i know when using money speeds up time and gives boosts but hay if u hear games like this does this kind of stuff WHY PUT MONEY IN IT. Right sorry for being direct or forward but it hekps to make a point across
