It started me all over again
Send them the email you used to start the account and give them time they will get you fixed up
Ok im freaking out man ive spent a lot of time as well as cash

- Correct player name
- Last login date
- Building levels
- Power
- Researches levels
- Troops unlocked
- Alliance name
- Lord skill assignment
- Gold balance
- Purchases if any (forward us the receipt you have received, please)

I need you to give me all these information before continuing with restoring your account.

I've been waiting for three days to get an account back and have sent every bit of info I had in cluding snap shot my base my shield is off and I don't want to lose everything anyclue when a support team member will take care of my ticket thanks

Support for this game is a joke I've been waiting over 14 days for my ticket to even be sorted from my last account I've spent money and they are doing absolutely nothing I resubmitted another ticket and I'm still waiting after seven days looks like you'll be waiting a long time mate sorry
