Same exact problem here. Been exactly a week. I've made 2 tickets with no reply.... very frustrating.

Is this for the video add that gives you a free speed up? I'm having the same issue on IOS, using the same account on my android tablet works but I would like to be able to use the feature when not at home.

Yes, that's the video that is not playing on my phone. Those same videos play fine on other apps, just not my world at war app.

I reported it as well on 2/4, still no response... This is BS!

I reported it 9 or 10 days ago. 2 days ago I received this response; I am sorry for the lack of reply. We are aware of the Video Speed Ups issue, but at the time we are still investigating it. The idea is that, given that we are not the one actually putting the videos, fixing it does not depend solely on us. As soon as we know more, we will come back with an answer. Sorry for the lack of communication in this direction.

I have the same issue on a recent account. My main account from 1 month ago is fine...
