Does anybody know how to achieve the tap building research, it says unlocked at level 16 tank attack, but tank attack only goes up to and capped at level 15

Traps still doesn't exist yet in this game. That's what i know.
The option is in the game though just can't work out how to get it because it doesn't seem achievable

Please note that the Trap is a feature which, even though has been introduced, has yet to be activated.
