Change front

Why not can change front, one member from my Alliance want change to my position but it's from other front and when try change with teleport not can... Please can help me with this problem?

At the moment, each Commander has the possibility to move from one Front to another up unit the Base (HQ) reaches level 6. Each Commander is given 3 Beginner Teleports that can be used for changing the Front. If your Base is level 6 or above, the Beginner Teleports will be automatically removed and you cannot change Fronts anymore.

When i began the game, i tried to change fronts to be with my alliance before i reached level 6, but the game would never allow me to move. now that i am beyond level 6, i am stuck in a different front. why can the company not move a player to another front? i enjoy the game but the game kicked me out when i did try to beginner teleport. 

Most games use this system to prevent high level players moving into a new server (Front) and totally dominating over the newer players. I have also seen that when servers die off due to players leaving they combine the servers, not sure if the same is true on this specific game but don't give up on it. Looks like it has potential. 

I have been attempting to relocate for two weeks since I started playing. I only began playing to join my friends ally and now I'm stuck because of the game glitching me.

Hope your issue is resolved. 

I agree that on a case by case basis we should be allowed to join our alliance. I don't want to lose the gains that I have made. If the request is genuine I think we should be allowed to relocate as opposed to starting over Geoff

Well I guess they lost my sales. I am not in the front I wanted and lost 3 teleports.
I can't seem to get any notifications! My game Notifications Setting are all on. I restarted my phone numerous times and even reinstalled the game. Nothing works. What could cause this bug and how do I fix it?Thanks
