not listed in rankings

I can't see my alliance name in rankings, but i see other smaller alliance names in there... why..? What should i do to make it listed in rankings..? Thank you and sorry for my bad english.

Our alliance should be ranked around the 20th, but we are not listed

Our alliance doesn't listed too, and i don't get the answer yet.
