A toggle for all level Five alliance leaders to ask for a NAP and the other R5 a toggle or button to accept. This could be binding to all members making it impossible to attack the alliance they have a NAP with. This could be a 24 hour, 3 day, and one week choice. There could be a limit to how many alliances you can NAP with like three at a time. At the end of the time the NAP lapses. This would be helpful if the R5 quit or is offline for a period.
