now i wanted to teletransport from region 6 to 4, so i can be near the other ally members, but i realized that i don´t have access to the basic teletransport, because i already have a level 8 HQ.
the game doesn´t allow me the HQ demolition.
how can i solve this?

Hello! I have the same problem. But I noticed something, that gave me some hope: the front pass (picture attached)
