The game started from the very beginning.

I have been playing for over a month now. I have finally reached a point of strength and the game starts over from the very first day I diwnloaded it. Any ideas?

What can we do?
This issue is happening massively today, i'm un the sale situation
Happens the same to me... send a message inside the game to recover my account. Still waiting
