I would like to purpose a change in the shield system. Currently it is too easy to get and use Shields. Here is an example of why the current system is not healthy for the game.
We had a member of ours attacked and the player put up a Sheild right afterwards. We waited the 24 hours for it to drop. As soon as it did we all launched our attacks. Right before our armies got there the player put another shield up and our armies were sent back. You should not be able to shield when you have incoming marches. Given they are available in the alliance store and are very cheap. This does not promote healthy gameplay. We literally can not retaliate at all. So either it needs to move to a gold cost or rules need to be applied for Shields like not being able to use them when you have incoming marches, or for a short time after you have attacked someone. So we will continue to wait...and wait...and wait...

And someone can teleport next to someone, hit them, and teleport away immediately never to be found. What kind of gameplay is this supposed to promote? Needs to be a timer where you can't move after an attack. That way it's not just a free for all, there are consequences for actions.
