My wife has a problem...the "watch video for speed up" option keeps telling her no video is available. Fir like 3 days

I have a maxed out base in both research and building. I still can't attack nor defend properly. It's as if my research is not counting towards my troops. My march times are also long. They are twice as long as my other bases with less research and building march times and the gear is not the difference. This is a major glitch that started when I updated. How can I fix this?

my base flashes as if announcing the arrival of troops and I do not see anything. The marches that I send to collect are not seen, the trucks are not seen walking.

Holaperdi mis tropas mas de 6oo mil mi oro mi poder quien me regresara lo que perdi mucho tiempo para lograr mis avnces y ahora estan perdidos por culpa de el juego..puse un escudo y despues marcaba q se terminaba a 32 dias me y eso provocó que no viera el tiempo restante del ecudo atacaron mi base daquearon .quiero que me regresen mis avances todo lo que perdí ravuas asus errrores de su juego
