You can check your Power at the top of your Base view.
Here are the actions that help you gain power:
- completing Base Missions
- upgrading the buildings in your Base
- doing Research
- producing Units
- leveling up your Commander
Power made by completing Base missions and researching can not be diminished.
You can demolish buildings and by doing that your power will also decrease. Power gained from your units decreases if your units are destroyed or damaged.
Buffs
If you click on the Power you can check the total buffs active at that moment on your account.
The buffs are categorized in 5 types:
Economy Speed
Economy Resources
Troops Military
Troops Resources
Commander
