While an alliance occupies the Atomic Facility, members can reinforce it. If the player leaves or gets kicked out of the Alliance while reinforcing the Atomic Facility, his units will instantly march back.
If the Atomic Facility changes ownership from one alliance to another while reinforcing marches are on their way, these marches will immediately turn back.
While any player in an Alliance can conquer the Atomic Facility and leave their Commander inside he will not be able to send his Commander back if he decides to recall him. Only the Alliance Leader (R5) can send a reinforcing march containing their Commander if there is no other Commander inside. If the Supreme Commander passes on the alliance leadership while his Commander is in the Atomic Facility, even though their title will be removed, their Commander will stay inside until recalled.
