If your Headquarters is under level 6, you can use a Beginner Teleport to switch Fronts.
If you have upgraded it to level 6, you can no longer move from one Front to another. A ticket to support will not help - we cannot make exceptions for individual players, as this wouldn't be fair towards others who find themselves in the same situation.
