The War Room will allow you to monitor and participate in War and Defense Rallies. War Rallies are started by your allies to attack targets. Defense Rallies are set against your allies. The units will take the bonuses from the player who starts the rally. By upgrading your War Room to level 21 and 22 you will be given an attack bonus.
